RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items purchased from www.thelyfestyleco.com within 30 days of purchase, unopened (with perforated seal in tact), in its original condition. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, we ask that you follow that retailer’s return policy. 

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at orders@thelyfestyleco.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us. Please note, a return shipping fee of $7.30 will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once the returned items have been received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment within 7 days business days. The refund will not include the cost of shipping the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.

What should I do if there's an issue with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or the product is damaged or defective, contact our Customer Care Team at orders@thelyfestyleco.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
