RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items purchased from www.thelyfestyleco.com within 30 days of purchase, unopened, in its original condition. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, we ask that you follow that retailer’s return policy. 

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at orders@thelyfestyleco.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us. Please note, a return shipping fee of $7.30 will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 4-8 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once the returned items have been received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically within 3-5 business days). The refund will not include the cost of shipping the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
