RETURN POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly from www.thelyfestyleco.com. Purchases made through authorized retail partners are subject to that retailer’s individual return policies.

This policy should be read together with our Cancellation Policy, which governs subscription, pre-order, and try-before-you-buy purchases.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item:

  • Is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
  • Has the perforated seal intact
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team at orders@thelyfestyleco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your return to reach our returns center.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team at orders@thelyfestyleco.com promptly.

We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Try Before You Buy

Subscriptions
Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it is subject to this Returns Policy. Subscription orders cannot be canceled after processing but may be eligible for return only if unopened and compliant with this policy.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to fulfillment. Once fulfilled or shipped, pre-orders are governed exclusively by this Returns Policy and cannot be canceled.

Try Before You Buy
Items returned within the trial period and in acceptable condition will not be charged. Items not returned within the trial period, or returned in unacceptable condition, are not eligible for refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Discovery sets

Final Sale & Policy Enforcement

  • Items returned outside the stated return window or in non-compliant condition may be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
