RETURN POLICY

What’s TLC's return policy?

We accept returns on items purchased from www.thelyfestyleco.com within 14 days of purchase, unopened, in its original condition. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on our website  are final sale.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at orders@thelyfestyleco.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us. Please note, a return shipping fee of $7.30 will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days). The refund does not include the shipping charged of sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
