1. How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by simply logging into your Lyfestyle Co.com account and selecting 'Order History'. 

2. How long will my order take to ship?

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, standard shipping orders will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days and expedited shipments will arrive in approximately 2 business days.

3. How much does shipping cost? (USA orders)

Standard / Ground Shipping: $7.30 ( 3-7 Business Days) 

Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more is FREE!

Expedited Shipping: $12.50 (2 Business Days)*

*Perfumes cannot be expedited. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship all of our Beauty and Make-Up products to Canada. 

International Shipping: $18 CAD (10-14 Business Days). International orders over $100 CAD qualify for FREE shipping!

Please note, all duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is processed. Please allow 48 hours for delivery information to update after receiving the tracking number.

5. What if there's a problem with my order?

Please contact us directly at orders@thelyfestyleco.com with your order number and our Customer Care Team will look after you.

6. What is your return / exchange policy?

You can return anytime unused within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed information and instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also other secure payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Rest assured that your payment information is encrypted and secure.

8. How do I manage my subscription?

To access your subscription, login into your online account at www.thelyfestyleco.com and click the 'Manage Subscription' button to adjust all of your subscription settings.

9. What makes a Clean Perfume?

All of our products are made with natural & organic ingredients. For the base of our perfumes, we only use certified organic sugar cane alcohol, almond and coconut oil.
