Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.thelyfestyleco.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all eligible products)
  • Canada (beauty products only; fragrances are excluded)

We do not ship fragrances internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing time begins once payment is successfully received.
  • Orders placed during promotions or high-volume periods may experience slight delays.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for additional details.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped using mixed carriers.
  • Carrier selection is determined by destination, package type, and shipping regulations.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.95
  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes, after discounts)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Fragrance Shipping (Hazardous Materials)

Due to alcohol content and carrier regulations:

  • Fragrances ship via ground service only
  • Air shipping is not available for fragrance products
  • Delivery timelines for fragrance orders may be longer than non-hazmat items

Pre-Orders & Subscription Shipments

  • Pre-orders ship once the item becomes available. Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Subscription orders ship according to the selected delivery schedule.
  • Once fulfilled, pre-order and subscription shipments follow the same shipping timelines and terms as standard orders.

After fulfillment, all orders are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be recoverable.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from address errors.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us at orders@thelyfestyleco.com
  • Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • We may request additional information to investigate with the carrier

The Lyfestyle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos of the damage so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
