THE LYFESTYLE CO. MOOD BUNDLE GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Mood Bundle Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is The Lyfestyle Co Holdings LLC, with its principal business address at 1521 Alton Rd, #52, Miami Beach, FL 33140 (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 29, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s website and/or entry system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize fulfillment partners, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household as any such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting the official Mood Bundle Giveaway entry page at https://thelyfestyleco.com/pages/mood-bundle-giveaway and completing and submitting the entry form with a valid email address and any other information expressly requested on the form.

No purchase, payment, or product purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entering the Sweepstakes does not require purchasing any product or service from Sponsor.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be submitted by the individual entering the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted by or on behalf of the same person, including through the use of multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limit, may be disqualified. Automated, robotic, programmed, or similar methods of entry are prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

All entries become Sponsor’s records and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or not received for technical or other reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Mood Bundle consisting of the following products:

Mood Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 10ML

Mood Eau de Parfum 50ML

Mood Scented Candle 8oz

Mood Hydrating Body Cream 4oz

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $246 USD, subject to verification before publication.

Only the items expressly identified in this section are included in the prize. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize item with an item of equal or greater retail value if an advertised item becomes unavailable or circumstances reasonably require a substitution.

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, if applicable, arising from acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to fulfill applicable legal obligations.

The prize will be shipped to a verified U.S. address within the eligible geographic area, at Sponsor’s expense. Sponsor will not require the winner to pay a fee to claim or receive the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within seven (7) calendar days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of a potential winner will be final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry within seven (7) calendar days after the drawing.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days of the notification being sent and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery. Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, fails to complete required documents by the stated deadline, or declines the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may repeat this process until the prize is awarded or eligible alternates are exhausted.

If the prize is not awarded after reasonable attempts to contact potential winners, Sponsor may handle the unawarded prize in a manner consistent with applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive a notification due to spam filters, email account settings, inaccurate contact information, or other technical issues beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

8. Privacy and Marketing Communications

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to receive promotional marketing emails from The Lyfestyle Co., including product updates, brand news, and exclusive offers. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to receive these marketing communications.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Unsubscribing after entering the Sweepstakes will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, and provide promotional marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9. Publicity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the winner may be asked to consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state of residence for the limited purpose of announcing the winner and promoting the Sweepstakes. Any additional use of the winner’s name, likeness, image, or statements will require any consent required by applicable law.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state of residence in connection with the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, submits fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner that is unlawful or disruptive to the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or another event that materially affects its fairness, integrity, or proper administration, Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or take other reasonable corrective action, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor will not use this provision to arbitrarily disqualify entries or avoid awarding the advertised prize.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to the extent permitted by applicable law that Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized third-party interference, or other events beyond their reasonable control that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes or the submission or processing of an entry.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. (if promoted on those platforms). By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from responsibility for this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Official Rules and Winner Information

These Official Rules will be available at https://thelyfestyleco.com/pages/mood-bundle-giveaway-terms throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

To request the winner’s name, send a written request to 1521 Alton Rd, #52, Miami Beach, Fl 33140 with the subject line “Mood Bundle Giveaway Winner Request” within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends, subject to applicable law.
